As strategies shift to a more virtual world, it can be difficult to drive collaboration, engage with customers, and enforce best-practices. Businesses have suddenly been challenged with keeping remote sales, marketing, and customer success teams productive and engaged. It’s been more difficult to execute on growth strategies while strengthening customer relationships.

But now, Salesforce customers looking for ways to resolve these pain points will be able to find us in the COVID-19 Resources For Business center on AppExchange. The center features solutions and resources that help customers respond to the needs of their employees, customers, and community during COVID-19.

PROLIFIQ + Salesforce

We’re extremely proud that PROLIFIQ CRUSH, an account-based selling app, has been selected to be part of this response to COVID-19 as a Work Remotely resource. Virtual sales teams use CRUSH to develop strategic relationships, uncover valuable whitespace opportunities for growth, and keep teams selling in their trusted Salesforce platform. It’s a great addition to tech stacks for distributed sales teams.

Because CRUSH can help companies continue to do business remotely and virtually, we complement Salesforce’s mission to empower companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way. We’re here to help people build relationships with each other during this time of social distancing and we’re very excited to partner with Salesforce to do so.

Key Account Management in the Time of COVID-19

It’s never been more important to drive relationships, identify opportunities, and streamline key account collaboration now that entire workforces are working from home. Customer relationships are the foundation that businesses are built upon. And in order to grow our businesses virtually, it’s important to continue to forge new connections and strengthen existing ones. CRUSH is a catalyst for connecting with customers and building lasting relationships while teams are working from home.

Remember, we now have a social responsibility to do everything we can to get through this time together. No gesture is too small. We can all contribute in many different ways, so keep going.

We are in awe of Salesforce’s efforts to support everyone in their ecosystem. And we are so thankful to be in a position to support their actions and be recognized for the ways we can help Salesforce customers keep their teams engaged and productive.
