PROLIFIQ Software Inc. collects a variety of information from our website visitors and any of our mobile or web-based applications. Some of that information is personally identifiable and some is not.


By submitting information to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of your information according to this Privacy Policy.


In general, information you submit to us is used by us to:

If you follow any external links, including like or share buttons, from our sites to sites run by others, please understand that our privacy policy does not extend to those sites. You should be sure to read the privacy policy on those sites if you are concerned about the information they may collect about you.


As a business-to-business communication platform company, PROLIFIQ does not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 18. Our site is not targeted toward children under 18, nor is it designed to solicit information from children under 18.  If you believe we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected such information through our website, please notify us at so that we may immediately delete the information from our servers.


This policy may change from time to time, and any such changes will be effective whenever they are posted to our websites. This is not a contract; nonetheless, we intend to respect the privacy of our website visitors. We believe it’s a critical aspect of life online.


PROLIFIQ Software Inc. (“PROLIFIQ”) complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program (“DPF”) and the UK and Swiss extensions to the DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom (including Gibraltar) and Switzerland to the United States. PROLIFIQ has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the DPF principles, the DPF  principles shall govern. PROLIFIQ collects, processes, and maintains data in relation to persons from within member states to the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (collectively, “European data subjects”) related to the use of our technology and services.

What data does PROLIFIQ collect and/or process?

PROLIFIQ provides technology that our clients use to interact with their customers. Our solutions include key account management, relationship mapping, opportunity planning, content management, compliant email, reporting, and communications. In order to enable these capabilities, PROLIFIQ receives and processes data related to European data subjects provided to us by our customers.

The data provided to PROLIFIQ varies by client based on how they are using our technology. Typical client-provided data includes business contact details from customers, suppliers and other business partners, including country, first name, last name, address, professional designation, phone number and email address. Clients may also provide PROLIFIQ with similar data for their employees (e.g. name, address, phone number, email).

In addition, PROLIFIQ collects and maintains data related to the consumption of digital content delivered via our application (e.g. open rates, click rates, unsubscribe activity) and accessed via our websites (e.g. date / time of visit, source of visit).

Why does PROLIFIQ collect and/or process data?

PROLIFIQ processes data provided by customers for the purpose of enabling PROLIFIQ’s applications and tools.

The data collected by PROLIFIQ is used differently depending upon the particular service or product being provided, including: distributing sales and marketing information to data subjects, supplying services and/or products to data subjects, developing and improving our websites, services and products, personalizing our services and products, fraud detection and prevention, compliance with governmental, legislative and regulatory bodies, customer support and relationship management.

In support of these purposes, PROLIFIQ may access the data defined above to provide services, correct and address technical problems, to respond to a request from a PROLIFIQ customer who supplied the data, or in response to contractual obligation.

How do I make an inquiry or complaint?

In compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework Principles, Prolifiq Software Inc. commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information transferred to the United States pursuant to the DPF Principles.  European Union, Swiss and United Kingdom individuals with DPF inquiries or complaints should first contact Prolifiq at: . Prolifiq has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the DPF Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, Data Privacy Framework Services, operated by BBB National Programs. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit  for more information and to file a complaint. If your  DPF complaint cannot be resolved through the above channels, under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration for some residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms.  See

Does PROLIFIQ share personal information with third parties?

The data provided by each of our customers and/or collected on their behalf is the property of such customer.  PROLIFIQ does not share personal information with third-party service providers or non-agents.  We currently do not permit any personal data to be used for reasons other than those for which it was provided.  If that practice should change in the future we will update this policy and provide individuals with opt-in and opt-out choice as appropriate.

Can I access, limit use, or limit disclosure of my personal information?

European and UK data subjects have the right to access personal data about them, and to limit use and disclosure of their personal data. They may also request erasure of information that has been processed in violation of the DPF principles.  Individuals wishing to exercise this right may do so by contacting us at or by sending us postal mail to PROLFIQ, 9725 SW Beaverton-Hillsdale HWY, Suite 115, Beaverton, OR, 97005 USA, Attention: Privacy. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional email related to their account with us or the Subscription Service. Please note, however, that Prolifiq employees have limited ability to access data provided by our customers.  Requests to access, limit use, or to limit disclosure, should include the name of the Prolifiq customer who submitted your data to our services. Prolifiq will refer your request to our customer, and support them as needed in responding to your request. 

Due to the fact that Prolifiq does not currently share data with third parties we are not subject to the transfer liability principle at this time.  If that practice should change in the future we will update this document and declare our liability for onward transfer of personal data to agent third parties. 

U.S. Federal Trade Commission enforcement:

PROLIFIQ’s commitments under the DPF are subject to the investigation and enforcement of the United States Federal Trade Commission.

Compelled disclosure:

PROLIFIQ may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.



For customers who procure a subscription from PROLIFIQ for the product Crush for Slack powered by Centro, the actual operation of the transfers from the customer’s Salesforce instance to the customer’s Slack application is done by Centro, LLC and its subprocessors.  All data privacy protections and concerns related to this product will be handled in accordance with Centro’s privacy and data protection protocols as described on the Centro website.  The Centro privacy policy is set forth at: .


We use reasonable measures to maintain the security of your information.  Despite these measures, you should know that no company, including us, can fully eliminate security risks associated with information.


PROLIFIQ ACE, PROLIFIQ RELATIONSHIP MAP and PROLIFIQ CRUSH are installable packages from the Salesforce AppExchange, each of which integrates with an individual customer’s existing implementation of Salesforce.  When properly configured, PROLIFIQ ACE, PROLIFIQ RELATIONSHIP MAP and PROLIFIQ CRUSH will run within an existing Salesforce instance without the need to view, manipulate or configure the application outside of the Salesforce user interface. PROLIFIQ services are entirely performed within the customer’s existing implementation of  Salesforce when the customer has properly configured the PROLIFIQ services.


  • When you leave us feedback or request support, we will collect any information that is contained in your feedback or support request.
  • If you exchange any messages or post any content on our site, we will collect that information as well.
  • When you contact us by sending us an email, we will collect your email address and any information contained in the email you send us.
  • When you purchase products or services from us, we will collect the information necessary to complete a business transaction, including your credit card number or other payment information.


When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or home address.
