PROLIFIQ Publishes 2019 State of Sales Enablement Research

More than 250 Salesforce customers weigh in on what’s hot

Beaverton, OR – July 8, 2019 – PROLIFIQ, a leading sales enablement company built on Salesforce, announces the availability of exclusive new research, the 2019 State of Sales Enablement Report, in which more than 250 Salesforce users reveal what’s going on inside their companies vis-à-vis sales enablement solutions. The findings illuminate and explore some of the most intriguing questions that are challenging professionals today:

·       Are professionals confident in–and satisfied with–their sales enablement programs?

·       Are companies measuring ROI for their sales enablement programs?

·       How valuable is digital content in creating, advancing and closing the pipeline?

·       How are companies planning to realize more value from Salesforce?

·       What barriers keep organizations from fully utilizing Salesforce?

“The findings are clear and somewhat remarkable,” said Vrahram Kadkhodaian, CEO, PROLIFIQ. “Three-quarters of respondents reported that increasing win rates was the top goal of their sales enablement program. And a majority of respondents selected two other top goals as increasing new account acquisition (58%) and increasing existing account penetration (54%).”

The U.S. economy is strong, the unemployment rate is low and the business landscape is more competitive than ever, so it’s no secret that sales organizations are under intense pressure to increase win rates. These same external factors are also driving organizations to aggressively seek new accounts and sell deeper into existing accounts with key account management. And while sales and marketing teams have set their focus on these top three goals, they are also setting priorities to improve the customer experience with digital account management.

“The sales enablement solutions used most extensively were Sales Analytics (64%), Key Account Management (51%), and Account Planning and Management (44%),” said Edward Vesely, CMO, PROLIFIQ. “And among the solutions to be used within 12 months, the largest percentages were for Digital Content Management for Sales (34%) and again Account Planning and Management (29%).”
